La Criée Mareuil Les Meaux

As often we stopped at this well-known restaurant. This time we let ourselves be tempted by a suggestion on the slate which seemed tempting: the duo of scallops and shrimps at the price of 27.50 Euros. The surprise comes when the plate arrives: 4 medium shrimps (small) and 3 poor scallops barely bigger than scallops and what's more without coral. At the price of 27.50 euros we have the right to expect much better. I have been going to this type of establishment (La Criee) for years and I have seen the quality diminish from year to year, however the prices are indeed skyrocketing. You have just lost a loyal customer. And believe me word of mouth will work very well.

Pas un accueil chaleureux, peu de personnel et ceux présents ne sont pas très motivés. Très longtemps attendre pour avoir un repas servi à peine tiède. Plusieurs pénuries de stocks ne sont pas annoncées lors de la commande. Pour finir malade... pour être banni ! Very nice welcome. Exemplary service. Delicious meal (fish soup, seafood stew and profiteroles). I was very pleasantly surprised and would return without any hesitation.
