This restaurant was highly recommended by friends, but something went wrong. 1..if the guy with funny accent wants the menu in Spanish and his partner is Spanish please don't try the tourist trap routine. 2..don.t be annoyed if people don't drink wine these days. Or oblige you with Serrano jam routine. 3..you can prepare your sirloin steak how ever you want but don't tell me you cannot prepare the steak rare to medium done without garlic. That's blasphemy. 4..heating the serving dish will never make the shoulder and leg of lamb hot. Serving yesterday's lamb from the fridge won't make it hot either. 5..you cannot feed two people with a shoulder and leg of lamb without at least some other vegetables or something. 6..paying €80 for this disaster is highway robbery. Luckily we still had some ham sandwiches we brought with us from home.

A couple of friends took us there. They are friends of the owner. After a short introduction, the Chef (and owner immediately gave some signs to the waitress and indicate him what to bring (no option for us! . What a surprise: fresh white spartacus with just a little olive oil and sea salt, snails in salsa criolla , Lechaso with is baby sheep and for desert cheese ice cream. All this with a nice red wine from the Ribera del Duero region. What an experience of freshness, flavorful dishes and great service from Pablo.

We’re for business dinner, the price too high for the quality, the fish was not too fresh. A classic restaurant in Valladolid, not recomendable anymore

The spicy mini burger was decent, but it wasn't spicy by my standardsIt had a taste of Tabasco sauce which is very vinegary versus spicy.
