Les lieux nécessitent une rénovation très sombre et ne sont pas du goût de la clientèle. L'ambiance n'est pas agréable, le service est strict minimum. Par exemple, à 21h30 on nous refuse un verre de whisky coca en disant "à cette heure-ci il est préférable d'aller se coucher maintenant". Nous n'étions que deux clients et pourtant, le service était lent et manquait de respect. Le décor est resté figé dans les années 70 avec une télévision câblée et une multiprise apparente sans rideaux. La serveuse nous a promis de nous apporter un journal dans 5 minutes et s'est contentée de continuer à le lire. Ce lieu semble plus être familial que professionnel et les avis positifs que j'ai pu lire me lais...
I don't feel like you're talking about the hotel or I've come down!!! we've been denied the room, reserved for 3 months, before 6:00 pm, saying I was warned and if I didn't understand it was my problem! At 6:00 p.m. I was brought up to the 2nd without elevator with 2 children in the middle of age and my luggage. The room was 1 bed while I had 2 beds. Once again I was wrong. the boss is to shout at me down the floors (friends in the first heard it) and to crown the whole boss has sacked me when I went down to say "not insulting his wife(what I had not done, it was she who shouted at me) and if you are not happy you can go elsewhere" (room without a curtain)
With three very good restaurants opposite this Hotel/Restaurant they really must try harder.The lunch we had at 11€ excluding wine, single choices for starter and main course were bland and unappetising, the service slow, the ambience dull. The doorbell rang for every customer that entered or left, (really irritating) the young waitress looked terrified of the customers and barely spoke, the reception desk was cluttered and untidy and the whole experience was grim. Why anyone would choose to eat here rather than one of the other excellent restaurants in town is beyond me!
we had the wrong surprise to see the tables all in length while we were many ( 20 people ) , impossible to share a conversation , the boss who had received us for the reservation was not pleasant or smiling , his server , let’s not talk about him very unpleasant , the ordered cake was naked , no decorations or registration on it but apart from the figures of brides!!! A little young shot would do good, or at least remove spider canvases. service is correct: smile and availability. The meal was not at the height of the title of the appellations. we took 2 menus at 40€. It's okay, but no more. Maybe we should have tried the burgers. There was a world, people of inhabited.
