as the locals recommended to us, we went to this not as well located but beautiful place. the attention to the quality of the ingredients shows a true passion of the sympathetic cook: semola doe for the pizzas, with aged prosciutto, smoked salmon. from a local smoker, or real cèpe de bordeaux (boletus edulis, I'm sorry that I don't know the English name) for the mushrooms one. desserts are not neglected, with handcrafted sorbets or homemade impact cream (chantilly) for the Vietnamese coffee. top everything with gentle preisen (pizzas from 8 to 15 e) and a relaxed but very per service. comes back.
this restaurant is very popular and it is important to book. we had a very simple meal that took the basic menu for €15. we chose grilled vegetables followed by simon fagottini. unfortunately the seafood risotto was no longer available. excellent desserts and a little white...Wein were very favorable for the excellent quality of cooking. the place is guided by the owner/cook who comes out of trani and his wife. as they do so much, as good is one of the secrets of life
Personnel charmant, cuisine amusante, plats italiens et copieux. La deuxième fois, je n'ai rien dit ! Tous les plats et les desserts maison, ainsi que des pâtes ! Seul bémol parfois un peu trop copieux mais cela va certainement avec le côté généreux de l'endroit. Je le recommande. Attention, les plats changent souvent, mes photos (excepté les pizzas) ne sont que des plats du jour.
Emoi papillae, toutes les spécialités sont faites maison et ça fait du bien. Nous aimons la cucina en plus d'une cuisine extrêmement savoureuse, nous revenons pour l'atmosphère et l'accueil. des patrons comme leurs clients. Pates fraîches, fabuleux plaques antipasti, tiramisu, panacota... somptueux. la qualité est toujours égale, pas de surprise que de belles découvertes
this restaurant is fantastic! we had a great meal with our two young children and the employees were welcoming, attentive, timely and relaxed. the food was excellent. the pasta was of a very high standard (homemade.) this is the type of restaurant they wish was. their local but it makes them enjoy their vacation.
Exceptionnelles, fraîches et cuites sur place avec beaucoup de raffinement sur une pâte très moelleuse soigneusement fabriquée avec de la farine de haute qualité. Un délicieux moment à ne pas manquer! Accueil chaleureux et service agréablement efficace. Pizzeria parmi les meilleures de la région.
