the restaurant “La cuina d'en Norat” opened in 1935, when the founder of the hotel’s terrace, honorat, built a fish pond to store the fresh products used in the dishes. the Gotanegra family continues the gastronomic tradition with native Mediterranean cuisine. the current chef, antoni, grandson of honorat, follows the genealogy and now directs the stoves of the cuina d'en norat. both the menu and the different menus offered every night have as common point their freshness and natural elaboration, away from the exotic salsas and exaggerated condiments that now seem to be so trendy in season have live music that accompanies an unforgettable evening
