I came to this restaurant to get a takeaway pizza for the street, on my way to Hanover Airport. I was with a friend and we ordered 2 little Hawaiian pizza to go. We sat in the bar and waited for 50 minutes before I asked where our food was (I was politely waiting that long as they were clearly inefficient and the service for other diner was appaling). The young girl to be fair looked very apologetic when she said I'm sorry, the pizzas just go into the oven now, they'll be another 15 minutes. We were offered a free drink to compensate, but no thanks, we just wanted our food. Finally, an hour and 5 minutes after our order, our pizzas came out. I only paid for one, and the woman did not argue (...
Waren hier um nen tollen Abend schoen ausklingen zu lassen. Leider wurden wir enttäuscht..... mein Döner überbacken schmeckte gar nicht, das Fleisch war nicht frisch.... auf Kritik wurde nur geantwortet das mit meinem Geschmack was nicht stimmt..... sehr enttäuscht sind wir abgezogen......
