Been coming here for years! Some of the best Italian cuisine around, and there are definitely more than a few options. Was going to Olive Garden on a Friday (out of towners choice, NOT mine) and they were way too full for a table of 8 at 4pm. Called here, they got us seated in less than 10 minutes. Love it!! Great staff, amazing dishes, great drink menu. Ambiance is soft but inviting and open. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!
Omg. LOVED this place. First time ever there and we went for our wedding anniversary. One of the best linguine clams I've ever had, the calamari was outstanding, perfectly made and not the least bit rubbery. My husband is super picky about his steaks andhe said this one was amazing. He also said he thought it was the best cannoli he'd ever had and that's saying a lot! Servicewas outstanding. Love the place. Will definitely be back
Fantastic Italian food. I love this place. You gotta get the flatbread margherita pizza as an appetizer. It's light and flaky, won't fill you up and it's delicious. The sauce is fantastic and the fresh mozzarella just makes the dish. And the raspberry tiramisu was friggin ridiculously good. The wait staff is very nice and attentive. Been there probably 10 times and have never had a complaint.
I grew up in Plainfield but family moved to Georgia 8 years ago. All our remaining family has since moved to Chicago, but sometimes we will still take the 1-2 hour detour when visiting to stop at this restaurant. Everything we’ve had has been great, but what draws us back is the mussels. It’s divine. Using bread to sop up the remains sauce really makes the cake. Love this place. Réservez une table maintenant
Was at the restaurant for a birthday party so I can speak to the service in the event room. Food was fantastic. Service was good too. The server forgot 2 of my hubs drinks he ordered but was quick to fix the issue as I it came to his attention. Mgmt alsochecked on us multiple times to see if we needed anything.. A very nice experience
I've been ordering the sausage and broccoli ravioli for years, and it's always been fantastic. However, they recently changed the recipe, and I really can't enjoy it anymore. I promise I'm not being difficult, but I just can't eat it now. My husband, who has a big appetite, even ended up throwing it away.
The quality of the food has declined over the past few months. The chicken in my dish was meant to be coated in an egg batter, but there was no batter at all, and it seemed like the chicken was a frozen breast—definitely not fresh. On the positive side, the drinks were good, and the portions were large.
