I know most of us, Americans are not used to taking the conserves like a delicacy, but in the case of the spider, it is. I am not sure why, but there is something in the adobo and in the astute process that changes the flavor (to feed) and the texture of the seafood in something completely different and velvetly-suave. I suggest you follow the Spanish tradition and ask for a cold vermut before the meal (which has a barrel and try so delicious Galician oysters. Really amazing!

The two older men working behind the bar were so unwelcoming and unfriendly to us, English-speaking foreigners specifically Asian and Black.

good tapas place and quite busy on weekday afternoons, but given the high quality of food in spain, this place feels mediocre to me
