We actually visited to enjoy a quiet drink and watch the world go by on a beautiful sunny Sunday afternoon. The outside terrace is located right on the side of the Estuary facing yacht moorings and late afternoon sun, if out!!Quite surprised to see quality of food coming out from inside kitchen so decided to have a late afternoon snack, we were not disappointed, in fact the Croque Monsieur I had was as good if not better than any I had in Paris! and thatis saying something.Very busy with lots of people popping in, families, yachtsmen, locals and tourists. Great location for a drink a snack or a quick meal. Portions were most generous. A truly great find.
Found this on the waterfront on our first night. Waiter very helpful but apologised that the kitchen didn't open until 7pm. However a bowl of peanuts with our drinks eked out the next 20 minutes or so and he took our order at 6.50 so we ate soon after 7. Returned two days later to be greeted by a second waiter who didn't want to know. The charm of Monday kept the review positive and the food was quite good value.
We have the misfortune of trying for a drink next door ,but turned away as they would only serve a drink with food We want to praise you for your excellent serve ,friendliness and for being so polite.Our drinks were very quick and so refreshing.It was a pleasure to sit and watch the people and boats go by.We would certainly recommend your establishment to everyone we know Thank You
