I really loved my experience here and was very impressed with the food. Many dishes are quite unique and creative. I especially enjoyed the fried calamari (which were made with mushrooms, I believe) and the gnocchi with a creamy blue cheese and mushroom sauce. The BBQ seitan with potatoes and the pepper and tuna soup were tasty as well. They offer a small selection of homemade desserts the carrot cake was great. Reasonable prices. Cute ambiance and some outdoor seating. Great location near Cadiz 's historic district. The staff speak minimal English but there is an English menu and we were able to get by. I would definitely recommend stopping by and supporting the only vegan restaurant in Cad...
Desde que descubrí La veganesa, se ha convertido en motivo más que suficiente para visitar Cádiz. Su carta ofrece tanta variedad que, al final, te quedas con ganas de probar muchos platos. Nuestra estrategia: pedir todo para compartir. La comida y presentación son exquisitas, el trato del personal es fantástico. Se agradece mucho la innovación y la posibilidad de comer platos típicos, como los huevos rellenos, libres de crueldad animal. Sin duda, mi favorito siempre serán los buñuelos de algas. En mi top 3 de platos veganos de restaurantes.
Es de los pocos restaurantes veganos en la provincia y el único en Cádiz. La comida es absolutamente increíble, los sabores se asemejan a las versiones de origen animal, que es imposible de distinguir. Tienen una carta amplia con mucha variedad y todo está buenísimo. También tienen postres veganos, nosotros comimos una napolitana que estaba espectacular. El sitio en sí es precioso y el personal es muy amable. Muy económico para la calidad de sus platos.
Fully vegan, friendly staff and the site is beautiful. I don't give more stars, because most dishes consist of the vegan version of meat products. Although they have a very long letter, there is little that draws my attention. But that's a matter of drops. I personally don't want much to ask for meat/fishing/bone/ vegan peeling, but I would prefer real vegetables. Likewise, what I have tried is good.
