This place is a cross between a bakery and a breakfast/lunch place. But it misses on both ends.The place is usually busy...we sat down and were attended right away. I ordered the biscuits and gravy, chilaquiles...my mother-in-law had grilled chicken breast.The biggest issue here was the timing of the food...they took a while that by the time my food arrived, it was lukewarm. The biscuits were Mexican style biscuits, which is fine, but it's flavor didn't blend well with the gravy. The gravy wasn't thick nor savory as you can see in the picture. It was also quite huge, the biscuit...but for that much biscuit you need a good thick gravy to accompany it...which it didn't have.The chilaquiles wer...
I have to start by saying that food is just average with high prices, but the restaurant is beautiful inside, and the staff is very friendly and attentive.I will start by saying that the prices for certain dishes are really high for what you get, the huevos rancheros are 6.99 and you get 2 eggs and beans, and that's just it for 6.99, the beans taste okay nothing espectacular, the salsa for the eggs was lacking in flavor perhaps more salt heat to it might have helped. I feel that at that price range 2 strips of bacon would make the dish more appealing.The variety of bread is amazing, i recommend their bread.
We have come here about 4 or 5 times and this place never disappoints. The enchilada suizas and enchilada Mole are fantastic. Bernardo was our server we arrived at 1:45 pm they close at 2 pm. Bernardo served us without skipping a beat. Very gracious and polite. We didn't get sweet bread today but I highly recommend you do. The bakery selection is great and one bread with a cup of coffee will fill you up. Thank you Bernardo for serving us
Had breakfast for the first time at La Estacion Bakery. Place is clean, staff was very courteous and attentive. Wait staff was on top of coffee refills. Ordered migas a la mexicana. They were ok flavor wise. Coffee was great. Took pan dulce...the portions are quite big and on the higher end price

Wow! The “huevos estila la estación” are AMAZING! The eggs we cooked over easy served on top of a quesadilla with ham and covered with the best molé sauce I’ve ever had in the RGV area. Even the coffee was good, not bitter. The restaurant was clean. Staff was very attentive
Not the best Mexican breakfast in the area. However, we were satisfied. The coffee was good. Our breakfast plate servings were large. Food lacked the taste we get from an authentic Mexican dish. Large space, plenty of seating. Very clean place too
Excellent place to enjoy with friends and have fun. The meals are excellent too. We really appreciciate this place and we recommend it too much as well.
Food was very good! The Cafe lechero is so creamy. If you are asked if you want cream in your Latte pass, it's homemade so it has a lot of fat/lard.

One of Missions best hidden gems... perfect for brunch and dinner. Very elegant ambiance. The wife loves it and great for the kiddos.
Great atmosphere and good food. The service was ok. The waitress didn't seem to be very experienced.
