La @lafabricaburgos es uno de esos sitios en los que vas a comer bien, con productos de calidad en su oferta gastronómica y en un concepto en el que puedes encontrar dos espacios; uno más informal en el que puedes comer a la carta o un menú ejecutivo de lunes a jueves denominado la fábrica y un segundo espacio en el que encuentras el restaurante de @ricardotemi en el que puede disfrutar de su menú degustación. Nosotros optamos por la primera opción, estuvimos en la fábrica, el espacio más informal en el que lo primero que te llama la atención cuando ves la carta es la posibilidad de pedir medias raciones en casi todos los platos. A great restaurant for an above average meal, fabulous service, and delicious food the menu offers classics with a modern take, very well executed and presented. Size of dishes is always a subjective matter, for us we’d say a few half raciones ‘medias’ to share, or 2 3 halves and one whole dish, for two, are plenty. We did over order initially but after the first dish we talked to our waiter and they adjusted amounts, and were very helpful and flexible. We had the special fish of the day which was incredible, as well as the tartare, croquetas and ravioli. Everything was outstanding. Dinner for 4 where we all were delighted. dishes to share directly served by comensal makes things very easy. the tempura as always outstanding and the merluza as well. Big mattress with desserts. as it glues, (I can't put 4,5) the failure of the wine chamber that with the heat it was doing was served quite out of temperature. It's very difficult not to get close at the factory.

We came for lunch. The restaurant has a very pleasant ambiance and the staff was very attentive and English speaking. The food was excellent and well presented. Very enjoyable and highly recommended. Booking is essential, we were lucky to slip in on short notice. Will certainly come back. The set lunch is a steal!!! Réservez une table maintenant

Absolutely delicious food and terrific service in a beautiful, yet simple and sophisticated setting. Would definitely return. This is a 10 star restaurant at very reasonable prices given their superior quality.
