La Fabrica - Réservation de table

Well hidden just off the main road in an industrial area the Fabrica is a cool restaurant offering great quality beef chicken and fish..... we enjoyed our meals very much the only downside is the acoustics..... and as the restaurant is usually full it can be quite loud.

It is easy to get there when you come from Bogotá and want to stop eating in Boyaca's capital. Steak is very good and spices, marination, sauces make this restaurant remarkable. The staff is friendly and they even offer delicious strawberries with cream at no cost.

Endnote: 6. For meat lovers: Best meat in the city. On the same level as Andres Carne de Res and La Bonga del Sinu but with a family-oriented service and really warm people take care of you. Sure if you want to impress your important other or your family.

Amazing steak house, great service and atmosphere. We stayed here for lunch on the way to Paipa and had a great experience. Prices are more than reasonable for quality. The strawberry with creams was the icing on the cake. Réservez une table maintenant

It was an amazing place, a great and taste medium beef, with a simple and well done salad, and a soft good lager, just incredible
