We spent a few days in Toulouse, and by chance we came across this place, we decided to go in, we ate a lunch menu €19/€22 with dessert) and we loved it, the waitresses were super friendly and attentive at all times and that the place It was packed, one of them spoke a little Spanish and treated us with kindness and patience.... we repeated three days out of the 4 that we were there. Without a doubt, a cozy place, full of life, happy, with delicious and abundant dishes. A complete success! Super recommended.

While passing through Toulouse, we took a lunch break at the Brasserie la Fabrique. We had a great time, a memorable welcome from the young waitress Coraline, a tasty cocktail made by the bartender, the dishes served were tasty, special mention to the tomato salad with the gazpacho, although the perfect eggs were also good for us. pleasant, all certainly made with love by the kitchen. We must still thank the conductor, undoubtedly the boss, who made our visit a success.
