I ate here while I was on vacation in Ardeche. I ordered the shrimp which came with a hefty price of 25 euros but unfortunately they were steamed with no flavoring and were only okay. Needed some herbs or aioli. Sterved with a spinich frittata...and salad which were very good, also a baked potato with creme fraiche. With my meal I enjoyed a few glasses of excellent white whine (domaine de colombier). However the best part of my meal was the most amazing tiramisu, my favorite dessert. Definitely order it! Great service and a really nice team.

We visited Vogüé for one day and had luch at La Falaise. Lunch was not very special but tasty. MY boyfriend had the Filet mignon de porc which had been cut into pieces before they were baked which meant they were very chewy. I had the tartare the boeuf and while it was very tasty, the two following days I could not leave the toilet anymore because of this dish. If you offer a dish like this as a restaurant, please make sure you keep your ingredients fresh because being sick for two days on vacation wasn't pleasant at all!
Ce restaurant semble être un attrape-touriste au premier abord. Le personnel d'attente kitsch, l'emplacement idéal, etc. Comme d'habitude, nous y sommes allés pour le confort car il est directement situé sur la route principale de la ville. En ce qui concerne la nourriture, c'était correct. Pas exceptionnel, mais au moins ce n'était pas mauvais comme je le redoutais. La vue depuis la terrasse extérieure est plutôt agréable. On peut voir les falaises, la rivière et une partie de la ville.

Cet endroit est incroyablement peu agréable. Les gens désagréables qui ne se soucient pas de leurs clients s'ils ne se moquent pas d'eux. Attente très longue pour prendre et servir la commande, même si le restaurant n'était pas du tout plein. La nourriture n'est même pas bonne. Après avoir lu tous les commentaires, je ne peux que dire que je suis entièrement d'accord avec celui qui appelle à ne pas s'arrêter. Ils utilisent un bel emplacement, c'est tellement décevant.
The escargot soufflé was delicious! But also the other dishes tasted great. Not sure why this scores 8 out 8 in Vogue, because everybody there seemed to enjoy the food en extermely friendly service. The waiter drew a sheep when he didnt know to explain in English what lamb is. Will go again if we are around, for sure!
very warm welcome, excellent food and a wonderful view of the ardeche await you. spent a wonderful Saturday morning / afternoon in an idyllic location with beautiful gastronomics.
La glace était correcte mais les prix étaient exagérés et le service n'était pas vraiment aimable. Ce n'est que grâce au cadre magnifique que je donne une note de 2.
