La Faluche - Réserver une table

Went there for lunch with a friend as we passed in front of it. It was just before noon and the place was empty, within 15 minutes though, it was getting full. We ordered 2 different menu of the day ie grilled lamb shanks with salad and fries; Coq au vin with boiled potatoes. I was very happy with my plate and the salad before (the owner checked with me if I like strong cheese that they put in the salad before confirming my order), so was my friend with her mail and dessert. Atmosphere was good, service was timely and friendly. Look like there were a lot of regulars coming just for coffee/beer and they are being served as well as those having a meal.

Lieu incontournable pour se réunir entre amis après les cours à l'Université. On y boit de bonnes bières (Saint-Thomas, Chouffe...) et on y mange bien pour pas trop cher (burger maisons, salades ou plats à l'assiette plus traditionnels). Le patron, quant à lui, est toujours au top ! Cette brasserie est l'une des raisons pour lesquelles je regrette ma vie étudiante lyonnaise !

Brasserie de type grande ville, avec bar elliptique central, dans le quartier du campus Lyon 2 / Lyon 3 sur les quais. Belle salade lyonnaise taille XL, qui méritait bien son nom, pour un prix imbattable avec un café (à peine plus de 10 euros). Service rapide et sympa.

Un ancien habitué de ce restaurant. Rapport qualité/prix excellent. On y mange bien, plats du jours variés. Le service est excellent et les patrons sympas. A tester à proximité des facultés.

Had lunch. Very efficient and nicely priced. Reminds a lot US Dinner. Ample space, timely and good size of menu.
