"Ignored for 35 minutes. Poor girl waiting on whole place had no chance so just avoided eye contact and did her best I suppose but this was poor management. We were on the point of leaving when we finally got the chance to order. food when it arrived was ok but nothing special. Worth a try if half empty but not worth a long wait."

This was a very busy lunch venue. It had to be because of its splendid location and on this occasion, the weather was particularly fabulous. If you have not booked a table in advance be prepared for a lengthy wait. Also at peak time, the service from the bar is very slow. One poor girl struggling to serve a huge queue of people. Once you do get a table the service is lively and the food is good. It is clear that the chef prides himself on presentation. I would recommend this auberge but would also recommend if you can book in advance.
Nous sommes habitués aux restaurants d'altitude où les menus sont bon marché et sans intérêt. la ferme de l'allée fait mentir et ensuite honorer les hauts restaurants. très bonne réception, chambre bien décorée, poutres anciennes même si certains sont nouveaux. la carte est allevieuse, variée et pleine de découvertes, kangourou steak par exemple, souris d'agneau. Les prix peuvent sembler élevés mais nous avons pour notre argent. Les plats sont très copieux. Très bonne adresse. Réservation recommandée Jean-Pierre
If you want lunch on a sunny, sheltered terrace with plenty of space. This is the spot for you. The food is very consistent but it gets very busy. It's best to know exactly what you want when you order the food. They have good draft beer and the bar inside is nice with a big log fire. The staff are very professional and they deal efficiently with large numbers of people speaking multiple languages. Definitely one of our favourite spots on the mountain.
Une fois n'est pas personnalisé, mais voici un restaurant de bonne altitude il y en a plusieurs sur le domaine skiable. restaurant avec belle terrasse et une belle chambre à l'intérieur. une bonne réception avec le sourire même dans la caddie. Carte qui sort de l'ordinaire, prix un peu cher mais le choix et la quantité est là pour un restaurant d'altitude. Jean-Pierre
