We went for lunch on a beautiful snowy day. The place looks great... but the menu is out of the setting. Is it a sandwich bar? No, is it a brasserie? No. A little stay between modern bistro and snack bar with a beautifully designed ambience? Maybe. Either you're fooled into thinking that you're going to the gastronomy, but the menu shows Salmon Bagel and Club Sandwiches. We went to the court of the day to avoid the classic pool page menu. We had two appetizers (cheese board and a poke vegan bowl) and steak/peace (no sauce) for main. To share a dessert and a bottle of wine = 190 euros. we went to lunch on a beautiful snowy day. the place looks great. but the menu is from the setting. is it a sandwich bar? no, is it a brasserie? no. a bit linger between modern bistro and snackbar with beautifully designed ambiente? maybe. either they are deceived in thoughts that they go into gastronomy, but the menu shows salmon bagel and club sandwiches. we went to the court of the day to avoid the classic pool side menu. we had two appetizers (cheese board and a poke vegan bowl) and steak/peats (no sose) for pornstar. a dessert to share and a bottle wein = 190 euro. cheap lunch, slow service, although smiling and very unimpressive eating. very unstoppable, even for a poolside restaurant.

we really enjoyed our evening in la ferme d’Hubert. we liked the fact that the restaurant was not very large with a beautiful, relaxed atmosphere. the menu was interesting (we love the fact that they work with local products) and eating was delicious. the chef understands the balance of the taste. the staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous. we would definitely recommend it!

We really enjoyed our evening at La Ferme d’Hubert. We liked the fact that the restaurant was not very big with a nice, relaxed atmosphere. The menu was interesting (we love the fact they work with local produce) and the food was tasty. The chef understands balance of flavour. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. A very beautiful place in the mountain. The things are very welcoming. The food was good. The only drawback was that our booking via TheFork (la Fourchette) did not appear in their list. We waited for 20 minutes and we got a drink.
