We had reserved a table for 11/24/24 at 7:30 p.m. (on the occasion of our birthday). We already knew La Flamme from Neuwied and were very enthusiastic about the service, ambience and food. When we entered the restaurant , we were ignored for several minutes the ladies employed were more busy with each other. When we sat at the reserved seat, we only received food and drink menus when we asked. After that we never saw any service at our table again!! We spent 20 minutes waiting as already noted above the occasion was a birthday. Only every third table around us was occupied, so there would have been enough time to take our order. Small, hidden restaurant with a great all you can eat concept at a fair price. The selection is huge. There are also vegetarian and vegan options, and at Christmas there are also a few special tarte flambée variants. The staff is friendly, competent and quick to help. The tarte flambées were all delicious. I liked tomato mozzarella best. The furnishings are calm, comfortable and modern. Clear recommendation!
Finally close. Food delicious, service nice, but could check on guests more often to see if anything else is needed. The ambience is not as nice as in Neuwied, still seems a bit bare. The entrance in particular initially looks like it is in a private apartment. Otherwise everything was great.
