French restaurant located close to the Towers. Friendly waiting staff. Sorry to say the food was poor. In addition I was charged 12 euros for a glass of champagne advertised as 8 euros with our 27 euro menu which is bad practice. I didn’t discover it until I got back to the hotel. Fish soup was ok but lacked the rich colour and flavour of a fish bisque that I would have expected. It tasted more like a weak onion soup. The hake was flavourless, two small tail pieces barely cooked, which lacked texture and taste and were laid on a bed of soggy white coconut flavoured vermicelli.
