La Folie Des Neiges

In the heart of Plains Dranse (what we always call 'Plain Drains' there are several restaurants but this one, right by the top of the lift up from Pré de la Joux, was very good. We both had the Italian salad, shared a half...bottle of Savoie rosé wine (could easily have made it a bottle . . . and some chips and it only came to Euro for the whole lunch. Efficient service, we sat outside and watched the mountain bikers as they came up the ski lift next to the restaurant. A nice place with a good menu. We will return

Have been going there since it opened every ski season at least times. And it was always Star. Sadly things have changed, the staff, the food and the service. It needs to change back or vastly improve will not go back this season....There was of us and the waiter would only stand one end of the table to take our order. I could go on Please change back

La Folie has a prime location in Plaine Dranse and a chef to match. Dishes are very good with generous portions. Can't give stars though- the restaurant gets quite cold with people coming in and out of the terrace through two different entrances and...service can be slow at peak times

I love the location and the food is always so good!!! I definitely recommend! The service is quite good and he restaurant itself is very cool! I definitely recommend the burger. They also play really cool music there

Good food, great staff. Located at the top of the Pierre longue lift. A sun trap whether for a drink or food
