While on a visit to Westchester, I enjoyed a fabulous family meal here. There were 7 of us on a busy night, and the service was attentive, but not bothersome, and the food was fantastic, across the board--from soup specials and salads, to entrees, including pasta, seafood, and an amzing lamb osso bucco, through delicious desserts. I'd enjoyed this place, a few years go, with a smaller group, on a quieter night, and wasn't quite sure it would hold up on a busy Saturday--I was most pleasantly surprised. I will now make sure to make this a regular destination whenever I'm in the area. I recommend La Fontanella without qualification. It's exceptional.
This is a lovely quiet place to enjoy a delicious meal with friendly attentive staff who don't rush you. I was treated phenomenally from start to finish, everything from the appetizer to dessert was lovely, a nice selection of wine as well. Icannot understate how fantastic the food was, the portions are very appropriately sized and each dish we ordered was delicious.
Wonderful Food Wonderful Staff My husband enjoyed the Chicken Fontanella and I enjoyed the Tuna Tartare appetizer and the Mahi Mahi stuffed with Lobster Our meals were delicious and we would definitely order them again My Blue Cheese Martinis were delicious and the bartendar ended our night out with Espresso Martinis Great Night Out We will definitely be returning
The food is very good but the main reason I am leaving 5 stars is because I come here frequently with my grandparents who are in their 90s and hard of hearing and the staff is always so kind and accommodating towards them. It's always a stress-freeexperience bringing them here.

This is a great hidden gem in Pelham. We just found this restaurant. We wonder how we missed it all these years. Be forewarned. That mousse cake feeds at least two people.
