I get food from here at least 6 times a month if not more. I order the same thing everytime, the beef and cheese dip. Tonight it was spicy. I can’t eat spicy food at all. I called them and told them and just said I’ll bring it back tomorrow and get another. Maybe they accidentally added spices. The owner told me it’s the same as always. I told him no. I’m not imagining spicy and my grandchild would not eat it either. He then told me if he is going to have this much trouble out of me then don’t come there anymore. I told him I wasn’t trying to get my money back only a replacement but fine he can refund me and there’s a whole restaurant right up the road. He was very rude and I won’t eat here...
The service was fast and the food was good. However I received a check without the amount. The server just wanted to take my debit card without me knowing the amount. Then he brings me back the check with the check for 1.07 more than the actual bill. After I went to the register he put the accurate amount on the check. Then I had a to go order and I was charged .025 for the to go container!! I will never patronize this business again...... JUST IMAGINE HOW MANY TIMES THIS BUSINESS HAS ADDED EXTRA MONEY AND CUSTOMERS DOESN'T PAY ATTENTION TO THEIR BILL!
