I recently dined at this restaurant for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed the delicious tacos. They had just the right amount of spice, which I love! The service was excellent and the staff was very polite. Judging by the pictures on the menu and the dishes being served to other customers, it is clear that they have great food. Our food arrived promptly and we did not have to wait long at all. There is free parking available, although it may be limited due to the older location. However, there are still plenty of spots nearby or in the shared parking lot with the other stores in the plaza.
I ordered the wet beef burrito without rice. It looked appetizing when I unwrapped it, and the order was correct. The sauce on the burrito had a good flavor, and I would like to try the enchiladas next time because I'm guessing it's the same sauce. However, the filling was lacking in flavor. The beans were okay, but the beef had no seasoning whatsoever. There was plenty of beef in the burrito, so they didn't skimp on portions, but it just didn't taste great. I recommend trying something else or being prepared to add salt to the beef yourself after unwrapping the burrito.
This place has a great location in downtown, but the service is absolutely terrible. We were there at least a dozen times. We are local and try this restaurant because of its location and convenience. Even if the restaurant is not busy, wait for the service. We sat and waited for a high chair for 15 minutes. I'm really disappointed because we really want to love this restaurant, but every time we have to wait at least 15 minutes to get service for drinks. I would recommend tasting other restaurants.
When we visited the restaurant, it was not very crowded. However, the service was lacking. The staff was attentive up until we received our food, which arrived promptly. The server did not return to check on us while we were eating. We had actually finished our meal for at least 15 minutes before the waitress finally returned to bring the bill and clear our plates. Their tacos are amazing, but they have hunted 48 hours before our Halloween party on a catering appointment, even the owner said basically hard luck, even though his employees told us every time that we were ready to go. Not like you do business. Food 8/10 Customer Service 1/10 Owner 0/10
