Ayer tuve la suerte de poder disfrutar no de una cena, sino de una experiencia culinaria junto a mi mujer que no todos los restaurantes pueden conseguir independentemente de las estrellas michelin que tengan. Destacar el alto nivel del staff que estuvo acorde a la calidad del menu Tanit y en particular el trato recibido por Nicolas, simplemente espectacular. Sin duda alguna volveremos en nuestra próxima visita a la isla. El único pero es que deberían facilitar algún babero debido a la magia y fusión de sabores con los que nos deleitan : Gracias

Felicitar al xef Óscar Molina i a tot el seu equip de La Gaia. Veniem amb unes expectatives molt altes i ha estat una experiència meravellosa. Un menú Tanit exquisit que potencia el producte local i respecta la gastronomia eivissenca sense deixar de sorprendre. En el meu cas, el menú estava adaptat per alèrgies alimentàries, la qual cosa agraeixo especialment per l'esforç que això suposa. Tracte impecable de tot el personal. Gràcies especialment a María José, Nicolás i Francisco per la vostra empatía, entusiasme i tracte proper.

Servicio impecable, atendidos por los increíbles Frank y Carlos. La decoración fabulosa y los detalles se suceden de ma será ininterrumpida.
