This restaurant is terrific! It’s a one-star Michelin now, but I have a good feeling it’s heading for two stars. We had lunch there, directly across from the cathedral…and a nice view from our table. Excellent service, reasonably priced wine list, and nice atmosphere with a lot of glass looking at the cathedral. It’s housed in an Autograph Collection hotel, but not a hotel restaurant. It has an open kitchen which was humming at lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. I counted 8 toques, plus the chef and sous chef….it was like watching the food prep from the counter at Atelier Joel Robuchon. The food was delicious, with menus of 39 EU anbd 45 EU depending on the number of courses, or a la carte. The pate, foie gras torchon and pork pie were great! Nice chocolate/caramel millefeuille for dessert and amuse bouches that were also excellent….like one with chocolate and pistachios. Excellent service and sommelier. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Rising stars here.
Occasionally in life you get a meal that blows your mind. The chef here certainly knows how to buy good products and cook them well. The staff and friendly and pleasant. They could maybe ask if you would like more wine/water but couldn’t fault them. They looked happy and proud when I said the food was very good. Last day of my 10 week holiday and this meal was the best by far. Great find.
Super interesting deco in a fantastic venue. Hotel restaurant but not at all a typical hotel restaurant. Excellent quality both for the food and service. We had the menu Georgette which offered somewhat more limited choice than a la carte but for a good price. Everything tasted exquisite, fresh and innovative. Will come back!
