La Grange Templiere

Nous avons fait un court arrêt ici sur notre voyage à travers la France pour explorer les Gorges du Tarn. Non seulement la région est belle, mais cette auberge est également un joyau et certainement recommandé. Toute la maison est magnifiquement rénovée et décorée avec goût, les chambres sont propres et bien équipées, la nourriture le petit déjeuner et le dîner est délicieux. Et enfin, les propriétaires sont extrêmement cordials à s'occuper de leurs invités et sont heureux de donner de grands conseils pour explorer la région. Très recommandé!

But what a joy to return to this place. Atypical both in terms of the decoration and the owners who are simple and blessed with a very pleasant and entertaining sense of humor (while remaining discreet). The tables are well spaced. The different dishes and appetizers are just....very, very good. The products are fresh, well presented, very interesting in taste. The smile is always present which makes the moment relaxed. I can only recommend this place, which also has a very reasonable value for money.

Really very pleasant experience. The dishes were delicious, a big congratulations to the chef and his team! A special mention to the very professional and charming waiter who made the meal all the more pleasant : Food drinks: Unique menu (only 2 choices which confirms the quality of the ingredients (available in several ways , the professionalism of the chef and his passion for the profession. You are not only on vacation there, you are with friends who take care of you, respond to your requests, cajole you, encourage you for complicated Trails, adapt to your needs, your desires. The places are magnificently full of Templar history, the dishes are succulent and the service worthy of a palace. Thank you Cécile, Philippe and Lucas for this beautiful human adventure! Les hôtes et le personnel sont super agréables et charmants. Ils sont aux petits soins et nous avons passé deux journées magnifiques dans la région. Petit déjeuner très variés et le menu proposé par le restaurant est vraiment de qualité. Endroit parfait pour être aux premières loges pour les festivités du 14 juillet et le feu d’artifice. While wandering around on a motorbike, we came across this restaurant almost by chance while looking for somewhere to have dinner on a Friday evening in the Tarn gorges. We were extremely well received by the owners despite the late hour and the meal was a very nice surprise, from starter to dessert. I highly recommend this table
