From the moment my family and I walked in, we felt like we were more of a hassle than paying customers. We asked for water as soon as we sat down and never received it. Throughout the evening we repeatedly tried to get the attention of staff, but were completely ignored. We ordered a bottle of wine and prawn crackers, and asked again for water and sweet chilli sauce — again, nothing arrived. After waiting around 25 minutes just to get someone’s attention, a server finally took our order. Unfortunately, the service only got worse from there.
