Terrible service, when we arrived we chose our table and I sat my 18-month-old daughter in the baby chair and she started touching a piece of plastic that they have on the table and the waitress brought us the menu and told us the following words “don't damage it.” That's because they just changed it” and well I understand the concern, but we were just sitting down, she was just touching it and I feel like that wasn't the way to say it. I decided to check out this highly rated restaurant, hoping for a great Mexican meal, but I was in for a surprise! The food was completely flavorless—there was no seasoning at all! I can't believe they could mess up refried beans. To make things worse, they didn't even honor their own gift certificate. It's such a disappointment! If you're looking for genuine "authentic across the border" food, I suggest you go elsewhere.

We waited over an hour for our order, only to be informed that they had run out of rice. We were offered a refund or tacos as a substitute. To make matters worse, they forgot to include the quesadillas we ordered. The service was absolutely terrible.

I loved the restaurants at the hacienda. The service was incredible. The atmosphere was incredible. The food was very good. I felt like a queen. My daughter celebrated my 58th birthday. I had a divine time. Thank you for your kindness.

The food at the restaurant is delicious, and the place is very clean. Although there might be some language barriers when placing your order, the flavorful Mexican dishes make it all worthwhile.

HOLY SMOKES.These tacos were soooo good and fresh. They did take a few minutes to get to my table but it was worth the wait. The only thing I don't recommend is there iced tea kind of drink. Réservez une table maintenant
