MORE than half of my ENTIRE order missing and what I did receive was incomplete, they did not read the additional notes, and gave me a side dish that I did not order. It's possible that maybe they only had one small container of beans left, sold out of the yellow rice, the chicken, the ribs, tostones, salads and the rellenos de papa, but by 6pm? Unlikely. If they're sold out of certain items on the menu they should've just called and offered an alternative or simply refund the items or cancelled the order. The rice and beans was up to par but I couldn't look past all the mistakes that were made on everything else.
The carne had a strange odor, as if it were old, and the sauce was much darker than usual, suggesting it had been sitting for a while. I was quite disappointed because I had ordered it before and it was fresh and smelled delicious. However, the rice and beans were good.
The delivery person left the food on the floor and didn’t even knock on the door to see if anyone was there to accept it. Since we don’t eat food that’s been left on the floor, we had to throw it away. I’m done with Grubhub!
The pernil was excellent—flavorful and tender. The rice was nice, but the beans had a strange taste and were watery. The morcilla was quite salty, but still enjoyable overall.

Disgusting the rice was hard the steak was unseasoned The beans was watery and their phone line doesn’t work so you can’t call them take your money elsewhere.
The pasteles had only about three pieces of meat and way too much masa. There wasn't enough filling, and I was really disappointed.
I was missing part of my order and they wouldn't send it or refund me I had to go all the way to the restaurant
The chicken was over cooked in grease , will never prefer the chicken chunks from this restaurant ever again.
