Maybe we just hit them at a bad time, but the experience that we had while trying to have lunch at La Jarrerie on April 22nd was one of the worst customer service experiences that we have ever had at any restaurant anywhere. When we arrived for lunch on the terrace, there were only 4 other people there so it wasn't a question of having a fully booked restaurant. We were ignored for the first 10 minutes by multiple waiters before we were finally seated at a table with a broken leg. When I called the waiter's attention to it, he simply shrugged and walked away instead of re-seating us at one of the other many vacant tables. Arrived for an 8pm booking for 4 people and then waiting 40 minutes before a staff members came to our table, the restaurant was extremely busy and only two staff in attendance. It’s was over an hour later that we finally got our first course and our main course came at 10pm. Food wasn’t that great and the whole experience was extremely disappointing. There was no apology for the delay, won’t be returning.
Nous sommes arrivés un peu après 19 heures et avons été installés en terrasse. Bon choix sur le menu à la carte. Nous avons pris une entrée, un plat et un dessert. Tout était bon et le personnel très serviable et sympathique. Cependant, le restaurant était presque complet, et le service était un peu lent. Nous sommes partis à 22 heures.
