Very good service, good food and drink, one of the best places to have a Mocha, the prices aren't over expensive. Very nice and highly recommended. The sundaes were delicious, well and freshly made. First of all let me just start by saying that the food is actually really nice, no problems there to be fair. But my god the staff! I ordered an iced coffee which literally took ages. I went to check to see where it is and was scolded by a very angry looking blonde lady to go and sit back down as it was coming. Waited other ten minutes….still no coffee. It came eventually and by then I didn’t even want it. So I suffer from IBS and went to use the toilet and without looking went into the ladies toilet by mistake as you do, came out to be scolded by an angry little man who proceeded to tell me off so I apologised went back outside and sat down. AVOID This restaurant is filthy. It desperately needs a thorough cleaning from top to bottom. The floors, tables, chairs, and counter where orders are placed are all stained, old, and dirty. Dust is everywhere, and some doors are left open, allowing outside mess to blow in. The place is not kept clean. The women's bathroom is in terrible condition, with mold on the walls and a toilet roll holder barely hanging on. There is a sticky substance in the corner, possibly blocking something. The staff also lacks charm and provides terrible customer service. I have sent photos to Environmental Health for review, as there is a serious risk of food poisoning. It's unbelievable.
wow, only wow. my first time in a Turkish/Greek restaurant since a terrible meal in some years ago. for £5.50 this is a true joy at a cold winter night after a long trip. the aromen are divine, on a packed dish with a well-made mocha they cannot ask for more. such friendly staff and beautiful cafe bar, it is a great place to take the family or just relax with great food. they have a very selected alcohol offer, but they do not distract from the sensational food. a certain must try, and I will return for one if I am in london.
I was disappointed by the low quality of food at this restaurant. I used to visit this cafe often, but it seems like there may be new management now. While the chips I ordered were okay, the toasted sandwich I ordered came 7 minutes after my daughter's meal. Unfortunately, it was pale, dry, and lacked flavor. It was barely toasted and had no spread on it. It's unfortunate that the quality has declined.
what a great little sound that was. last night with friends who regularly go. in our group there were 3 adult and two youthful. great value for money, attentive, friendly and patient service. good portion sizes and excellent taste. premise and service areas were very clean and tidy, although the place was almost full. good seating areas inside and outside.
perfect place to breakfast, comfortable atmosphere, many choices on the menu, personal were very friendly and supplied drinks and eat fast, not enough money for extra chips, so they did it free, had not done that for a because. the food was fresh and delicious! no complaining. Thank you.
