La Locanda - Réservation de table

We were in town for weeks for a project at a local manufacturing company. We went to La Locanda multiple times as we were working late hours and it was close by. And because of the situation at work, we never left in the...evening at a scheduled time. It was variable each day. That meant no reservations. Despite that, we were greeted like family each and every time we went there. We speak very little German and they speak very little English but we were always able to communicate effectively, even down to menu recommendations. The food was amazing and was a great value. Trotz Reservierung mussten wir ohne Begrüßung 20 Minuten auf einen Tisch warten. Getränke wurden vergessen, falsche Gerichte geliefert. Der Service war völlig unaufmerksam, unfreundlich und offensichtlich überfordert. Es war nicht möglich Getränke nachzubestellen. Beim Bedienen am Nachbartisch stieß der Kellner mein Glas um. Es gab weder eine angemessene Entschuldigung, noch ein Ersatzgetränk, noch wurde der Tisch gereinigt. Das Essen war absolut lieblos angerichtet. Am Ende stimmte die Rechnung nicht. Wir gehen viel essen, aber ein dermaßen schlechtes gastronomisches Erlebnis hatten wir noch nie. Von professioneller Gastronomie ist das Lokal Lichtjahre entfernt.

Wir sind sehr glücklich, diese Localität gefunden zu haben. Ein Stück rechts Italien in Deutschland. Wir reisen seit über 40 Jahren nach Italien und haben das Empfinden, dass es schwierig ist, in Deutschland authentische italienische Küche zu finden. Hier gibt es sie, schmackhaft, toll gewürzt und immer perfekt zubereitet, sowohl im Geschmack, als auch fürs Auge. Dazu dann noch nettes Personal und eine herzliche Chefin. Grazie mille Sa

The food and service were excellent. The fresh, warm rolls were tasty, my prosciutto ad melon was fresh and delicious. For the main course, I played it safe and went for the lasagna. I was very pleased. Food was prompt and prices are very reasonable....Located just a few kilometers from Kamen, this little gem of a restaurant is well worth visiting. Réservez une table maintenant

Immer wieder ein schönes Erlebnis ! Hier ist man wirklich Gast, bei perfekten Gastgebern, die es förmlich lieben ihren Gästen einen schönen Abend zu bescheren. Aufmerksames und sehr freundliches Personal, Zauberer in der Küche und wirklich frische Zutaten, sind hier wohl das Geheimnis. Wir haben uns erneut sehr wohl gefühlt und sagen Dankeschön.

There were in our party and we each ordered something different lasagna, veal scallopini with mushrooms, tortellini, spaghetti with pesto, and more. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The staff doesn't speak much English, but pointing and gestures go a long way. An added bonus.. they take credit cards. We will definitely be going back!

If you want an excellent, freshly-cooked meal this is the place to go. We eat here regularly and have never been disappointed. It doesn‘t matter if you simply want a pizza beautiful thin base) or pasta or a special fish platter, you can‘t go...wrong. The owners and staff are family and all work well together.

Leckeres Essen und nettes Personal. Leider lässt das Ambiente etwas zu wünschen übrig. Hier könnte man etwas mehr investieren.
