We found this spot last minute because the pizza place we were headed to had a 30+ minute wait- and I’m so glad they did because the food was fabulous. I’ve lived in the area for over 40 years and go to the same places that have become Jersey shore institutions when we get the thin crust pizza craving but La Lupa rates above them all. We ordered the mussels marinara, chicken and margarita pizza, garlic knots that were the size of my hand and even dessert! Just wow. The staff and possibly owner were super welcoming, friendly and we just could not get over how attentive they were. Looking for some Italian food in the area and saw this had 4.6 stars and wanted to check it out. It doesn’t look like much from the outside so we pulled in and then said, “Nah” and drove off and then I started reading the reviews and they were really good, so we turned around. LOL Food was really decent. Staff was so friendly. Place is cozy. Music was on point per my husband. They served some nice warm bread when we first sat down. My husband had mussels and the sauce was actually killer in a very yummy way. He also had a meatball parm sandwich which he enjoyed. I had spaghetti and shrimp which was tasty and we both shared garlic bread. Definitely do not pass this place up. We will be back....

Amazing classic Italian food. Seafood pasta combo and eggplant rollatini were excellent. Calamari was delicious and generous. Skip the tourist grade restaurants and try this neighborhood italian restaurant for better quality and service.

My new favorite place for pizza. Pizza Diavola is great. All the pies i had so far have been very good. Im a thin square crust lover. I love the crust,sauce and they put the right amount of toppings on it. Not too much ,not too little. Réservez une table maintenant

Good option if you are looking for quick pizza. Their garlic knots are really good and probably better than the pizza. However other options are just ok. We came here after visiting the beach and just wanted some pizza for the kids.

Update: might have switch owners… the food is even better! I’ve been coming here for a long time. The food has been amazing lately. The lupa (margarita) pie is amazing. Hands down, best pizza AND Italian food in the area right now.

Minor snafu with order that was quickly fixed but I felt like they forgot oil and vinegar. Sandwich was good. I didn't have the pizza, it just looked good while I was waiting.

Love the chicken franchise, chicken soup, amazing sauce meatballs, shrimp parm chicken parm! Some great new specials and salads…. Best around Réservez une table maintenant

The staff are all friendly and child friendly. Prices are reasonable and honest pizza place. Most of all it was a pleasant place to be.

I've only ordered pizza and have no complaints. Always cooked like I want it, thin crust well done and meats are good.
