La maison des vins de Barsac et Sauternes

My husband and I were visiting from Canada. We showed up early for lunch but they went out of their way to serve us right away. Both our meals were delicious and we got to have a nice glass of Sauterne to accompany it. Both the chef and waiter were attentive and friendly. They have a fantastic selection of Sauternes to purchase and helpfully gave us an impromptu tasting of the one we were eyeing (and ended up buying.) And to boot, the music was great. A delightful experience.

Good table for lunch at noon. My feeling in the preparation of the dishes is that we really want to enjoy our taste buds and that is pleasant. Later in the afternoon...this house deserves to stop there to discover the wines and, why not, take a nice gourmet aperitif in front of the beautiful church "saint vincent" of barsac of the 18th century. Saint vincent. vinegar boss. Yes, you are at the heart of the golden wines!
