La Mansion de Sam y Sam's Gastro PUB

As you can probably tell by the title, we ate here a lot during the week we stayed in San Gil. And not without good reason: there's a great atmosphere, relaxing music, highly attentive staff (the waiter with the really deep voice was always on top form) and most importantly, the food is really delicious. We had veggie burgers a few times here are they were really flavoursome and they melted in your mouth. Our only complaint is they are totally undersold on the menu - they don't really say much about them at all. But I can tell you, they are absolutely delicious. If you like your burger with cheese, ask for "con queso" as the veggie burgers come without cheese as standard. We also had almuerzo here, where La Mansion offer a lunch deal of the day - and I kid you not, it's amazing. For only 12,000 pesos you'll be treated to fruit, soup, a huge main course with some kind of meat (we had grilled chicken with curry sauce) rice, roast potatoes, and a great salad. You'll also get dessert and a juice too! Every time we ate here we come home with a great big smile on our faces and equally happy bellies. Well done guys, great work.

Salut Ne pas confondre hostal la Mansion et le vip. Moi j'ai payé 50000 pour une chambre solo. Pas d'eau chaude et pas de fenêtre. Check out a 11h, ce qui est tôtL'hostal est super mignon et bien placé mais bruyant, les chambres donnent sur le patio, et le personnel n'est pas discret. Hier ils ont rigole jusqu'à minuit passé, et ce matin à 7h on avait droit au téléphone et aux conversations bruyantes Dommage

I had given up on eating steak after massive disappointments in Bolivia Peru and Ecuador however a friend recommended this place so I thought I would give it one last go. Well it was absolutely amazing cooked perfect, amazing sauce and the size of the steak was impressive! If you love a good steak I would make this place a must do in San Gil!

Heerlijk eten voor een eerlijke prijs. De kaart is misschien iets te beperkt, maar de kwaliteit maakt veel goed; Heerlijke burgers, heerlijke steaks. Zeer vriendelijke, vrolijke, jeugdige bediening. Voor een stadje dat draait op toerisme was dit één van de weinige plaatsen waar ze redelijk Engels spraken.

Really loved the food here, I ate here 3 times during my stay in San Gil and loved it everytime. The steak is amazing and was cooked perfect. The burger I had was so big! And the patty was proper meat! I highly recommend you try this place
