The worst experience, fish was cold when served, aldo not cooked enough and not looking fresh . Only the starters were ok. The service was SO incredibly bad. They do not treat you well, no hello, no smile, so impatient, impolite and at some table one of the waiter started to organise the cutlery next to us !!!! We had the noise so loud and had to tell him but he did not care at all. The toilets are also disgusting with old smelly carpet. 10 year ago, we were living in la moraleja and this place was ok. Now it is a total disaster , dirty , bad food, impolite, irrespectul, expensive ... Dont go ! I will never ever go again.

My husband, grown up son and I booked for Christmas Eve lunch, Unlike previous visits which have been enjoyable this visit was extremely disappointing. The food was well below average and over priced for what we received. Sadly the service was abysmal to the point of being rude. Before posting this review I did email the management at the restaurant chain hoping for a reply sadly I have never received one. Needless to say we will no longer visit this restaurant and will certainly not recommend to family and friends.

Worst experience in a long time. Very rude woman at the front desk making zero effort to welcome guests and after a long discussion not willing to show us our table. We left and went to restaurant Abrasa on the opposite side of the street which was awesome and can definitely be recommended.

Even though everyone recommended this restaurant in La Moraleja, we thought it was just ok . Maybe we went with high expectations, but, at least for us, it is a once in a lifetime visit. Nothing was bad, but also nothing was great. Just ok.

Cozy terrace to have some drinks with some friends in the winter time but don't expect any creative eats.
