We visited as two vegetarians in Pontarlier (which is often a nightmare) and were really pleasantly surprised by the menu. The decor is cute and the server, also the owner, was so amazingly polite. We had half a bottle of grey wine, Moroccan ratatouille starter, sweet (caramelised onions) and normal couscous with vegetables and two ice cream servings for 44 euro a steal. The food was made fresh (tagine must be ordered in advance), it was so light and so fragrant, perfectly cooked potatoes in a delicate sauce, the best couscous I've ever tasted and complimentary bread, olives and harissa were great. When you end up eating heavy regional food everyday, this is a welcome break, and I'll be back everything I visit.
