La Medina de Fes

I knew, by reading the opinions, that the frame was not enchanting. But I'm reading the plate. 9:00 the waitress and the waitress are very welcoming, smiling and good mood. I read that couscous was good, but that was disappointment. couscous lamb skewer and a merguez. the smoulch is fine... it's all right, the broth is made up of several vegetables including the turnips but it has no taste, as if it had been extended. chick peas bathed also in an extended sauce. The merguez didn't seem to be cooked to me, as if it had passed under a warming lamp. I'll go back to confirm or better fall.

this "cous" restaurant is really worth the detour in the area of metz. the seeds are of a rare finesse. vegetables are fresh and vary depending on the season but the excellent sauce is constant. raised but not strong. Meat is cooked like there. the quantities are largely sufficient. prices are located in the upper range of the average of this restaurant category. Drinks are expensive. desserts are medium. service is excellent.

Wanting a couscous on a Sunday evening, a call, time to drive to this restaurant, and couscous was ready. a very warm welcome of generous parts, to redo without hesitation for a first, very satisfied :)

couscous is delicious, special mention for mechoui. The service is nice and fast. We couldn't eat everything, you can't go out with hunger. Even if the decor is not on top, we only look at its plate:-)

impeccable meal, very fine smoule, very good vegetables, very kind server, smiling and listening! I'll go back.
