La Mer a Boire - Réserver une table

We were just touring around the area and found this charming restaurant on the marina. We were seated on the sun porch and had a wonderful bottle of French wine and an amazing seafood lunch. We had fish soup which was very good and the fish of the day, that I cannot recall the name and a wonderful dessert. The hostess spoke much better English than we did French and she was most accommodating. Our dining experiences while in Brittany were pretty much researched and decided upon before leaving Michigan and finding this gem was a nice parting of the plan. I would recommend you stop here and request a sun porch lunch.

A beautiful place for a restaurant. Unfortunately the food and service is not as good. The langoustines as a starter were excellent but the cod for main course was a bland small portion. At times it was hard to get the staff's attention.

Je ne peux pas commenter sur la nourriture, mais le vin et la bière étaient excellents et le service était excellent. Joli patio, bien décoré avec un thème nautique et un excellent wifi et ils ont même tapé le mot de passe.

Superbe ambiance et service exceptionnel. Les crêpes étaient excellentes et la vue sur le port est superbe. Je recommanderais cet endroit pour un déjeuner relaxant.

This restaurant had the most short tempered staff of any place I've eaten in France. For the price, you'd expect patience.
