I only write reviews on places I’ve had negative experiences at more than one time. Me and my coworker walked in and waited patiently because we knew we was next,3 more men walked in after us and was served before us. We was PURPOSELY IGNORED and it was 3 people behind the counter. A white couple come in and was instantly greeted. You don’t got to not like me for being black and I know that’s why but I spend money there and tip frequently. But best believe I will tell my workplace not to shop there no more because of the rude service. The young lady that do work there have great customer service and is attentive. I stopped by to grab a mangonada since it’s extremely hot today. I love a good mangonada, especially with fresh mango on top. Unfortunately, the mango pieces in my drink were dry, bland, and just didn’t taste good. Given that this place regularly sells these treats, you would expect them to know the difference between a ripe mango and one that’s not. It feels like bad business to use subpar fruit. They did cover the mango chunks with chamoy, which masked the poor quality at first, but once I drove off and tried a piece, I was really disappointed. These treats aren’t cheap, so it’s frustrating to have such a letdown.
As someone who shop here frequently due to the close proximity to work. This place is extremely racist 0/10 Many times I've been the only customer (black) and it took someone a very long time to serve me but someone of that ethnicity Came in, served him right away, pretended not to be there It's very sad that people still have to go through this kind of situation. I will never give them money again. People of color, better shop elsewhere. A dirty look that you've done something to them isn't worth being so humiliated. Very disappointed with this site. I won't be back
The fresh corn for the AMAZING Elotes is never watered down like many other places. The smoothies are incredibly fresh and smooth. I absolutely love this restaurant! I actually travel about 4 miles past other places just to come here. Plus, the staff is really friendly!

Awful customer service. I placed my order online and waited 15 minutes, only to discover that they hadn’t even prepared my order, despite being aware of it. I won’t be returning. I highly recommend trying a different location.
In this Michoacana store I found the best Mexican ice creams around Chicago and West suburbs.
The food was delicious, and there were friendlier people than during my previous visits.
