La Minerva - Réserver une table

First time visiting. Decor, presentation, service...all on point and great! So why 3 stars?! ?? At the end of the day food is king...and the proof is in the pudding. As for my taste, the taste and seasoning fell short. To be fair, we ordered three different dishes and to be honest two fell flat. (Enchiladas de queso Carne en su jugo Tacos de Asada I hate this review because I was hoping for a home run. That said, everyone has a bad day. Don't take my word for it. Everything else was good. A second chance is always am option so I will try again some other day. Price per dishes is reasonable, just wish the food had been great...next time ? As always...enjoy!

Had their torta ahogada with the taco dorados and I gotta be honest it was trash. There?s no flavor to anything. The salsa has no flavor and the beans and the meat. Tacos dorados are stale. Also not enough salsa is given out. Try Chiva torta in Santa Ana and you will see what a real torta ahogada is supposed to taste like. Thank me later.

I think by far this is one of the best Carne en su Jugo I cost. Authentic flavors like Mom. I tried everywhere, and this is the best attempt. Great service! Hurry. Everything here is delicious and fresh, but come your Carne en su Jugo!

Nice service, great food. Carne en su jugo is a must, and the torta ahogadas is super spice so don't come in thinking that UR brave ask for the chile on the side LOL I give It a 10 rating spot
