La Mordida Del Bernabeu

Travelling to Madrid from the USA, gluten-free restaurants are hard to find nearby. I saw the one recommendation and decided to try it after work. Alex the manager was friendly and spoke much better English than my Spanish. I ordered the Cochinita Pobil. (A shredded pork dish with a slight mol sauce. It was excellent. I'm still pretty sensitive and I didn't have any reaction from it or the Margarita. I highly recommend it.
