La Palombière - Réserver une table

We called to order two pizzas. Arriving to collect them, we were told that there were two sizes, and as we had not specified (not knowing) they made us large ones... Let's move on, even if a word on the subject on the phone would have been welcome. The interior of the restaurant is not very appetizing, it smells very strongly of cats and tobacco, bordering on unbreathable. Arriving home, we cut a first slice of pizza and found... a hair (not a cat). Second part, a bit. And third part, the same, the pizzas ended up in the trash. 25 euros in the air. Absolutely avoid I don't understand why there are positive comments.

There are many reasons to skip this restaurant. You can find them in the reviews above and below. But if you are looking for 'authentic ', and have found out again and again that what TripAdvisor Airbnb co. are selling as authentic is as fake as fake gets, then this restaurant will satisfy your needs. Just ordinary folks running a small diner as they see fit. With their cats. And a cigarette from time to time. That 's why: an extra star.

So yes, the interior decor is rundown, if you want to eat an ordinary burger in an overpriced lounge bar, move on. The shaded terrace is very pleasant, the home cooking is remarkable (delicious and copious menu). Excellent value. Recommended for a good meal.

Le personnel symptomatique qui était le seul à nous servir le dimanche soir. Très savoureux, le menu de 23 € a un excellent rapport qualité/prix.
