I have eaten at numerous 1/2/3 star restaurants and this definitely falls into the upper end of the overall experience scale. We had dinner here and it was not as ridiculously priced as some in the area (eg: Eden Roc) yet still offers a first class experience. Location on the terrace was fabulous, overlooking the sea with a beautiful sunset. Quality of the dishes was excellent and flowed very nicely through the fish dominated menu. Excellent wine list. Service was very good, although our meal did take 4.5 hours! Tasting menus are always long affairs, but an 75 mins between the main course and the pre desert was too long!! Thankfully we were staying at the hotel! I would recommend this as a destination restaurant for the overall experience and would definitely come again.

While I had a delicious dinner at La Passagère, I was appalled to find out after the meal that I received a menu without any prices listed, whereas the men at my table received normal menus. I asked the waiter whether this was on purpose. He confirmed that as a rule they do not provide female guests with menus that list the pricing. How (in 2021! is this appropriate? While the restaurant has a certain old-timey charm, I recommend that diners avoid this establishment until their management reconsiders their antiquated values.

We reserved the restaurant on the Guide Michelin app and received confirmation. We arrive and are told they no longer work with the app and there is no reservation. No attempt to rectify (eg add a table which a Michelin starred restaurant should not be a major issue given the tables are far apart . No senior person involved (a manager? , just the people at the door. Avoid, appalling service.

Just perfect! We booked for the new menu primavera and we were very pleased. The service was very well orchestrated with a young and professional team, and especially not “stuffy”!! well done! We liked the idea to have a menu without meat and be focus on the vegetables and the sea. The desserts scene was in the idea of tapas, we loved it. Merci beaucoup et à bientôt ! Jean
