Two of us had the fish and chips, my meal was luke warm because probably mine was ready first but both fish were over cooked. Le restaurant a un bel environnement, mais ce ne serait pas mon premier choix pour un déjeuner à Mougins. La nourriture était moyenne, rien de spécial (consensus du groupe). J'ai commandé un club sandwich et la description indiquait du bacon dans le sandwich. Quand j'ai reçu mon assiette, j'ai réalisé qu'il n'y avait pas de bacon. Et notre serveur a disparu un moment, donc quand nous avons demandé du bacon, j'étais déjà à mi-chemin de notre repas. Le serveur m'a alors dit que le bacon était facultatif et que je devais spécifiquement mentionner que je voulais du bacon. C'est étrange car il n'était nulle part mentionné que c'était facultatif... Il a finalement apporté une assiette d'accompagne...
We went for the bargain of two for the price of one. Service was very good and the food was good. But a far cry from the super main restaurant in this venerable hotel where the food is always exquisite and the service impeccably refined....My advice to the management is destroy the pool. It is so ugly with a design and setting that is so unappealing , dated, and incoherent. The Mas Candille setting offers such a vast opportunity for an inventive and spectacular design for an infinity pool overlooking the tender slopes of the Mougins region with its signature olive trees. The whole pool area needs to be entirely gutted and a new cohesive thoughtfully designed super setting added to this fabul...

J'ai été assez surpris par ce restaurant. Nous avions réservé une journée "découverte" avec un déjeuner et un traitement spa inclus. Le déjeuner a été servi au restaurant La Pergola, situé juste à côté de la belle piscine extérieure. Le repas se composait d'une entrée, d'un plat principal, d'un dessert et de 2 verres de vin. Nous pensions devoir choisir parmi une sélection de plats (comme c'est souvent le cas dans de nombreux endroits) mais nous avons pu choisir ce que nous voulions sur leur menu, qui est assez varié en choix ! C'était donc un bonus. Et en plus de cela, tout était délicieux ! Je recommande vivement de venir ici pour un agréable déjeuner en plein air !
We normally eat at the proper Le Mas Candille restaurant for lunch is sometimes dinner. We tried La Perfola because they had their 2for1 offer on their €65 menu. At this price with a good bottle of wine it is good value but at full...price I would rather eat in the main restaurant, just that bit more finesse all round. Again this property has a beautiful setting
Je m'attendais à plus. Le service était excellent mais le poisson grillé et les frites étaient juste trop cuits. Il n'y avait même pas de salade d'accompagnement. De plus, les prix étaient trop élevés.
C'était super, une vue panoramique, nous avons eu un très bon repas, ils offrent une très belle liste de vins avec de très belles bouteilles, c'était vraiment savoureux
