Very great hotel, room was big enough (to sleep and shower after the beach pool). Every room is different. We had a pool view. Staff generally very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is all a la carte, no stress and no hassle at breakfast! There is more than enough! Bread, cheese etc is all served at the table. Pool bar is ok, we wanted a ham cheese toast at 1400. It was said to be sold out... Pool very clean BUT! The reserving of the beach chairs at the pool increased from day to day. When we left at 0915 all the loungers were occupied, but not a soul was there! Pool towels must be picked up at the reception. This problem would be easy to get hold of. L'hôtel est superbe, la décoration est rafinnée, la propreté irréprochable, toute les installations sont en très bien entretenues et le SPA fitness magnifique, la piscine. J'ai oublié le Rooftop qui offre une ve incroyable sur les salins au couché de soleil. Notre chambre était absoluement parfaite pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Mais surtout le personnel est adorable, très prévenant, la nourriture est excellente je recommande la demie pension . La plage d'Es Trenc a moins de 100m est très belle. I'm writing this review still from the pool lounger on the last day of my stay because I can't wait to tell everyone how wonderful this place is From the first moment I felt very welcome, the rooms were very spacious and prepared, the pool and garden were very quiet, the rooftop with the sunset on the salt flats, spectacular!! Sublime experience at the Spa and exquisite dinner at the restaurant, but the best, without a doubt, the staff and the human quality of the team: reception, service, waiters... they made me feel at home I live in Mallorca and El Coto has become my vacation spot I'll be back!!!! This is a review for the La Pergola restaurant at the back of the hotel. We had an unexpectedly wonderful evening, possibly the best dinner of our trip. We enjoyed a 5 course meal for €55 and given the quality of the food, service and surroundings this was superb value. Incredibly high quality cooking and very fresh ingredients. Spectacular hotel, very charming, perfect facilities and a recently opened spa that takes care of the user in every detail. Night terrace with a very good atmosphere, with live shows. Dieses Hotel mit seinem wunderbaren Restaurant hat die fünf Sterne in jeglicher Beziehung verdient. Auch wenn man nicht Hotelgast ist, kann man wunderbar auf dem Dach, einen Aperitif und anschließend bis sechs Gänge Menü genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
