this place is more popular for its discoteque however the restaurant has a lot to offer step inside and it is like eating on the beach white tables and chairs, chairs in the sand white decor all around with lots of greenery to add colour to the surroundings.the menuis extensive with cheaper lunch time offerings if burgers etc the menu and specials is varied and well thought out a good selection of wines with some i have never heard of service is efficient and friendlywell worth a visit closing soon

Eight o clock was a bit late for us to start dinner our table was in a corner, bench seats in the sand, a bad startWe overcame that with a round of americanos and a magnum of veuve cliquotPate, smoked salmon and tara for ordeuvres then rissottos, hamburgers, and tuna with fois grasAll this sounds exciting but in our party of 12 there were some disappointed customersProbably the most uncomfortable place we have eaten on ile de re!If you are looking for beach type dining this is for you

La Pergola est le club de plage historique de l'île de Ré. Il a ajouté un restaurant il y a quelques années, avec un bilan mitigé. Je me souviens d'une époque où c'était l'une des meilleures tables. Ce n'est définitivement pas ce qu'on en retient maintenant. Le menu n'est pas inspirant et divise les plats. Dommage.

We had a really great time - super music and great drinks in the nice bar - only few steps from the beach in La Couarde

Well I was a little bit disappointed about the music ! Otherwise really nice place with great drinks and snacks =)
