It's difficult to describe this place; wine shop, French food shop, wine bar, coffee shop, snackerie....it's the sort of place that means different things to different people, and all positive.I stopped in for one of the monthly Thursday night "Crime Nights". Now this is an interesting, fun and entertaining way to spend an evening with friends and strangers alike! Basically it's a few hours of fine French food and wine, coupled with a group of people trying to solve crime scenes as described by the host (and owner) Patrick. We have been enjoying our German holiday and the food has been fine and sometimes great. We have really struggled with the wine - particularly as the only words they seem to use to describe wine are 'dry' or 'less dry'. I appreciate that this is a beer country but they are proud of their wines and some are OK. So...today for lunch it was a pleasure to take a break from the Germanic and find a wee part of France. We enjoyed fantastic wine, galette, crepe and cheese and bread and a great host. We are in Lindau for some days and can certainly see us returning.There were two or three small groups at a time and our host cope well and ensured we were all well looked after.
Wir sind durch Zufall über dieses sehr kleine Lokal gestolpert. Frisch zubereitet (nicht aus der Mikro oder so) vom Patron gab es sehr feine Galet und Crepe, dazu lecker Rose. Der Patron ist sehr freundlich, unterhält sich gerne. Man kann eine kleine aber gute Auswahl an französischen Weinen und Spezialitäten erwerben, darunter die besten Oliven der Welt.Preislich sind die Sachen, die nicht vor Ort verzehrt werden sollen, nicht ganz günstig, dafür aber gut. Ein Glas sehr guter Wein kostete 3,50€ und den Galet mit Ei und Käse gabs für 4€ wenn ich mich richtig erinnere, was durchaus in Ordnung geht für die gebotene Qualität.Hingehen und durchprobieren!
Ein wunderschönes Stück Frankreich mitten auf der deutschen Insel Lindau mit köstlichen Weinen und französischen kleinen Köstlichkeiten!Jeder sollte hier mal reinschauen und das französische Flair genießen!Ein echtes Must Have

Einfach nett , man fühlt sich wie im französischen Himmerl ,die Weine sind sehr gut , die Bedienung ausgesprochen nett.Für VERLIEBTE ein ganz netter Ort
Kurz und knapp, tolle kleine Speisekarte, leckere Weine! Das wird dann nur noch vom sehr charmanten Besitzer gekrönt... Sehr empfehlenswert!
Hier erwartet einen ein sehr freundlicher Service und leckere Kleinigkeiten zum essen. Wir freuen uns heute schon auf den nächsten Besuch.
