La Pigeot - Réserver une table

The name is a transliteration of La Peugeot, the way it was pronounced by the restaurant founders who apparently came to France by car. Beyond the legend this is really a good Moroccan restaurant with traditional dishes but sometimes revisited with a modern eye. The place is very cosy with nice tents outside in the summer in a tiny street of the village of Valbonne. I had a Tagine d'Angeau aux artichaut really good and my friends enjoyed a cows cows Pigeot and another Tagine d'Agneau aux Pruneaux. All was excellent. Moroccan wine was fine but a bit overpriced. Definitely a place to go in Valbonne if you look for a special experience

Moroccan food and ambience. Out in the street on carpets on small chairs and tables or inside which is going like a fair. Food great, multiple varieties of couscous and tagine with vegetarian options. Great buzz and attentive service. The Moroccan wine was interesting and good quality. Always a busy place. We loved it. Go there.

Food, service , excellent. Seating a bit uncomfortable because of low but charming! Tables. _Great experience, we visit every time we're in the area.

A must try if you are visiting the area! Absolutely delicious couscous and tajines! And in a great location with an awesome atmosphere ;-)
